2 Mother board- Form factors- Components, Chipsets- Evolution, Architecture, North bridge/South bridge, Hub Architecture, Super IO chips, System Bus types, Functions and Features, FSB, Memory Bus, IO Buses, Motherboard setting. 10
3 BIOS- Hardware and Software, Error, Error Indicating method Motherboard BIOS, ROM Hardware, Shadowing, POST Sequence and Flowchart, ROM Upgrading and  Flashing, Plug and Play BIOS.
Memory- Basics, ROM, RAM, Cache memory, SRAM, DRAM, RAM Memory type- SDRAM, DDR- SDRAM , Memory Modules- SIMM, DIMM, RIMM.
